Brakes 850 1995

Help!!! It's driving my wife crazy. I have a 1995 Volvo 850 GLT. I purchased the car with 65K miles on it. I have had the car services only at an Import Specialty Shop that only repair Volvo. They have been in business for many years. The problem, the brakes. They squeal are the time. I have had it in for service many of times. It's like they lubricate them and within the week they are back to squealing. I have put on new rotors and had them turns and new brake pad. After about a week they start back squealing again. I am told this is normal for Volvo by the repair shop. Any suggestions? Both back and front squeel. Please e-mail me with any help. I am about to be the owner of anything else if I can't resolve this.
