Tire Pressures 850 1996

I have recently returned to the Volvo stable (from 3 different Sterlings) and have bought a 1996 850R. The previous owner has removed the 17" wheels and substituted steel 15" wheels with 195.55 Michelin tires. Does anyone have any idea what the tire pressures should be?. I will be trying to track down the previous owner (I bought the car from a dealer)to try and get some of its service history, it has done 70,000 miles and I need to know whether the timing belt was replaced etc.
