Fuel door fix (partial) S70 98

I had posted the orignal message. Fuel door would not open despite solenoid working just fine. The problem is not enough spring action in the door to pop the small hinge out its socket. A simple fix is to paste a small piece of rubberized tape so that the big rubber seal with two stops push the odd open as the solenoid prong retracts. (This clearly does not solve the lack of manual release in case the solenoid fails).
