Seat Heater Not Working 850 1993

Last year I had the same problem, and re-soldered the Thermostat. The heater worked fine, until recently. I once again have no heat. I re-checked the T stat connections, and all is fine.

My question is, are there any measurements/resistance values that I can check, to try to determine exactly where the problem is? Any checks for the T stat?

I miss my seat heater!
