I am encountering a random electrical problem with trying to start my engine. Once every 2 months I will try and start the engine and all the lights come on but the engine or starter does not come on. If the Cross Country is left alone for 4 to 12 hours then it will start with nothing done to it. This has happened when the auto is cold or hot. I took it to the dealer and they replaced the battery and thought it was repaired. The problem is that when it happens the vehicle is never at the dealer. I have good electrical wiring experience and can trouble shoot wiring problems if I had a wiring schematic of a 1999 XC. Do you know where I can get a copy of the schemeatic to allow me to trouble shoot the problem when it occurs? Any assistance on optional solutions or a source for a schematic would be appreciated.
Thanks
