Door won't open S80 1999

Eventually got the door open by moving the activating lever from inside door panel. Found the mechanical child restraint screw in the jamb of the door in the locked position. Turned it to the vertical unlocked position. Now have to hunt around for an outside handle and related mechanism. Thank you all for your advice
