It's not a bad job, remove the glove box, lower panel, r. lower dash torx screw (behind plastic door sill cover), knee bolster and you'll be able to easily remove the blower motor (looks the same as 850 part, probably is).

You'll also need to have the climate code(s) erased with a scan tool or Volvo VST.
