I was suggesting Ebay. Some of the motors on their are from Erie.

Also, just for the sake of argument, I was wondering what octane gas people use in these cars.....reason being, these engines need high octane gas and if you constantly use the cheap 85 stuff the knock sensors are constantly reducing spark....if you really stomp on the accelerator, by theory is the pre-detonation could damage the rings.

So there it is. My theory is the kid was using cheap gas and was drag racing the wagon.
