Recall questions and "torque mount" question S70 99

Looking at a '99 T5 S70. I had the dealership pull up some records for me, and they came across a few things that I wasn't familiar with.

1) Recall 101B. What is it? Something to do with glass and trim, according to the service report.

2) Recall 101. Different from 101B? They were performed at different dates.

3) Replace Torque mount. Says it has to do with fuel/cooling/exhaust. Thoughts? I know a lot about cars, but I haven't run across the term "torqu mount" before. What is it? Potential red flag?

Thanks!

andrew
