2000 s70...need tranny help S70 2000

I have a 2000 S70 T5 with the AW50-42LE 4speed tranny. Transmission would start to slip badly within a couple of minutes after a cold start. Fluid looked really dirty so flushed with new fluid. Now, transmission will not engage in either forward gears or reverse. I have cleaned and adjusted the PNP switch, and checked continuity of solenoids. If I pull the cooling hose off the radiator, there is no fluid being pumped. It did pump before...that's how I flushed the fluid as is described on this forum and have done the proceedure many times on my other volvos and other vehicles. I'm open for suggestions. Is it possible that the pressure solenoid is stuck. would that keep the fluid from pumping?
