HVAC intermittent 850 1995

I just starting having problems with my heat and air. Usually I have it on Auto. The fan will start blowing after starting the car. Of course if the engine is cold, the fan will wait until the engine is warm. Then after about 4 minutes of the fan running, the fan will stop. I tried to move the controls to manual but the fan will still not come on. If I turn off the car and restart, the fan will usually come back on and then work fine.

I am not getting any A/C error codes on the panel.

Any Ideas?
