chance to add 98v70 std to stable V70-XC70

I've a 98 V90 and an 01 v70 T5 and memories (pleasant and not) of a bronze 88 740 Turbo (my favorite, 240k, 2 turbos), an older 240 wgn, a red (drat) 91 740 sedan that saved my daughter's life....

Could get a 98 v70 w/124K, new timing belt, new cabin air filter, complete service records (polyglot--Stuttgart, US, etc), 4 good Uniroyal radials, a couple of nicks and dings, but otherwise solid (which we expect of a brick, right). No turbo.

It would probably be second daughter's car to drive to college in rural southern Ohio (from Alabama). Any ideas? Mom and Pop dealer is asking $4750.
