Throttle Position Sensor S80 1999

I was told today that my car needed a throttle position sensor, the code that came up was 1132. This is the same car that I have been having issues with for awhile now. So far I put in a new fuel filter, a tuneup and a mass air flow sensor and now they tell me it's the throttle position sensor. I was told that there is a volvo recall on this recall# 155. They also told me that Volvo has a software upgrade for this issue. Does anyone know about this issue.
