96 850 P0133 code after a few months with new sensor 850

Hi,
I recently changed the front O2 sensor on my 96 850 (non-turbo) after 220k miles. I have a reader that connects to my laptop and I can monitor the O2 sensor voltage. With the bad sensor, I saw no voltage changes. Once I put the new sensor in, I was able to see the voltage swing about 0.3-0.9 vdc. I reset the CEL and all was good for a few months. I recently got another CEL with a P0133 code. I reset it and got it again a few days later. I hooked up the laptop once again and watched the O2 sensor voltage. It looks fine. Any ideas why I would be getting this code with a fairly new sensor that appears to be outputting the correct voltage? I used a Bosch sensor with the correct connector (no splices).
(I have not replaced the rear sensor...yet).
Thanks.
