Remote Key 850 1997

Look out, the 97's have a different remote for whatever reason than the 93-96 models! 97's have 2 buttons vertically in line with each other as opposed to the 2 horizontal buttons on the older ones. I'm not sure why they changed it - the others are a better design and don't crack.

As for programming:
Key should be turned from off position to position II 5 times within 10 seconds on an 850 and then push any button on the remote. You should see the red light in the center of the dash light up or blink. Car doors should all be closed...not locked. After you push a button on the first one, you have about 5 seconds to push a button on the second one and then a third remote. You have to "reprogram" all at the same time. If you don't then the original one (that worked before you started the programming sequence) won't work anymore.
