Timing Belt - replace Pulleys? water pump again? 850 1997

Hi,

Previous timing belt and water pump replacement was at 109 K miles in 2003 (when I bought the car and did not know the history).

Now she's at 177 K miles and I will replace the timing belt again.

A) Should I replace any pulleys? How to find out if they are worn?

B) Should I replace the water pump again? It does not leak. Have these pumps been know to seize?

I hope to keep this car going for a few years at about 10 K miles per year.

Thanks in advance for your thoughts.
