Timing Belt - replace Pulleys? water pump again? 850 1997

I just recently replaced my timing belt at 245,000 miles. This being my 4th timing belt change on my '95 Turbo I went ahead and replaced the two pulleys, hyd tensioner and water pump. To my disbelief, the only part that had a tiny bit of play was the idler pulley. Everything else was solid; water pump and tensioner pulley spun smoothly and no side-to-side play. Hyd tensioner was stiff and not leaking.

I'd say just change the belt, no need for another water pump.
