Clearing OBD code S70 1998

Thanks Klaus. You made me chuckle...But, that may be an option.
I HATE CEL. They will get set for the most insignificant thing, yet major type of mechanical issues or problems will not trigger it. Engine could be running on half cylinders, timing could be way off, water pump squeaking and leaking, engine overheating and making all kinds of noises, and NO CEL. But, if the gas cap is not on tight, you'll get CEL, and fail emissions test. If this isn't insult to someone's intelligence, I don't know what is. Now...where is that cold beer, or - six...
