Brad,

I have the exact same problem, my mechanic could fine nothing when it was warm, he asked me to leave it over night so he could see it cold. I have not done that yet. He thought it might be the throttle switch. I can get it to switch gears by driving in "3" when I first start cold.

Lets work together on this.
