Exhaust Tips and Washer Leaks 850 95

I went to replace the slightly rusted exhaust tip and cannot seem to easily remove it. After the one set was loosened, the tip will still not budge. I sprayed some WD-40 between the pipes to try and loosen the rust, but no luck there either. I presume it was originally a slip fit, but I want to be sure before I damage the tail pipe. Anyone have any ideas?

Also, I noticed my washer reservoir is leaking slowly, but no noticable leak paths in sight. Has anyone experienced this one?

Thanks,

Warren
