Thin Layer of Oil Discovered in Coolant Tank 850 R-97

At the 30k mile service, I had the coolant system flushed and refilled. Gradually over the past month (and 2000 miles later), a layer of oil has surfaced in the coolant tank. This is scary ($$$).

I have checked the engine oil on several occasions and did not notice any milky residue.

a. Engine Oil and Coolant Level has remained constant.

b. Coolant Temperature appears constant - at the middle.

Just wondering if any of you guys have experienced this. Could it be any of the following:

a. Blown Head Gasket

b. Internal Oil Cooler/Radiator leak

Certainly hope you guys can shed some light on this.

Thank you.

Regards,
