try pricing them from one of the discounting Volvo dealers, such as Nils Sefeldt Volvo or Verrigni Marine (look under "shops" in the above header), and install them yourself. The wiring is all in place, you need to install the lights, underdash relay and switch. The '99s, BTW, are much less of a pain than the '98s, because the US '99s don't have the underdash steel knee bolsters that the '98s have.

Total cost should be north of $200 and some skinned knuckles.
