Partially Set? Code Reader Spew and the Evap Code ...again?! C70 1998

The youtube is perfect! Thanks.

The O2 sensors have a preheater, so that they don't have to wait for the CAT to get up to operating temp. So your 2 O2 sensor messages are holding you back because they haven't cycled enough, possibly. I have erased a few O2 messages and waited over 2 weeks for some of them to come back on, others that were bad sensors came back within a day.

The Secondary Air System runs after cold start. It also requires x number of cold starts to show compliance. SAS problems are harder to trace than than your small evap leak.
