drain and fill trans S60

Hey guys question. I have decided to do a drain and fill to my transmission. I will be using Amsoil ATF. My question. If i drain only 3.5 qts come out. So there is roughly 10 or so qts of old oil will be left. So what I was going to do is two more drains and fill at every old change. Does this make since. I figure by the time I complete 3 drain and fills the trans will have all new fluid. Correct?

Are there any suggestions? I don not want to do a flush. I am also upgrading to the B4 servo cover as well. Any info on that and how it works would be great.
