Height Adjustable Passenger Seat? S40-V40 2001

I remember seeing a X40 with a height adjustable drivers seat. It was the same manual adjustments as the drivers seat. This really impressed me.

When my wife was taking a V40 for a test drive I noticed that the demo did not have this feature. I started looking at the few cars on the lot and noticed that none of them had this feature.

BUT the volvo European delivery page shows it as an option for a US spec volvo (http://www.volvocars.com/overseas_new/content/s40_t.html).

Any help would be appriciated!
