V70 totally dead won't start!!! V70-XC70 1998

Hola Klaus,
When you open the door the courtesy lights are on the driver and passenger side. The light on the glove box is also working. Yes, when you turn the key to position the idiot lights are not even on. I am puzzle by this behavior. I also attempted to turn on the climate control when the key was in position but nothing happen. The light around the key is also dead.
