Bully Business Threatening Brickboard Users

I have repeatedly been hearing from users who are being pushed around with legal threats from a certain vendor who sells Volvos. I have myself have been legally threatened by these thugs.

I am seeking advice from those familiar with the legal aspects of this. Basically they are threatening slander and defamation which I know does not stand up well in American courts. However I also know that malicious prosecution is, unfortunately, the norm in our courts. So they could sue to hurt rather than to win.

Any quality advice will be appreciated.

I'm thinking about looking for an internet related freedom of speech organization. Perhaps the EFF can at the very least give me counsel.

This threatens the existence of this site.
