Heater Blower 850 1995

Typically on these motors the brushes wear down and loose contact with the armature after the brush wire runs out of slack. As the wire gets tighter the motor may only work at the highest speed setting or only when connected directly to the battery. You can easily take the motor apart, unsolder and slip the wires a bit to get some additional mileage out of the motor. It's not that big a job if you can handle a soldering iron.
