No start...no spark...tried everything- I think ??? 850 1994

If the overload relays are cheap, grab one. I don't think the 850s had radio suppression relays.

IF you manage to attempt to start the engine, remember that the cylinders have been washed with a lot of gasoline and compression will be very low. After you have verified spark, use a long drinking straw to put oil in each cylinder. One of the board members mentioned this trick, just stick a straw in to a can of oil so that about 2 inches of straw have oil in it, cap the top with a finger, and after sticking the straw in the spark plug hole, take your finger off the top of the straw. Do all 5 cylinders, each getting about 1 tablespoon of oil, put the plugs back in at start the engine.
