High idle after start up V70-XC70

Funny, my 1885 850 did that but my 1998 V70 never went above 1000 unless it was really cold out.

It might be a fuel pressure issue, like the regulator is building up too much pressure. Or it could be a ECU program problem with a cold temp sensor.

Anyway, the idle should be about 950 rpm. An issue to give to the mechanic at your next service. No harm is being done to the car as it is.
