Tranny Fluid Change V70-XC70 2003

i hate to admit it but its been 80'000 Miles ( we bought the car with 15'000 ) since the tranny fluid has been changed, the dealer told us last time they saw it about 20'000 miles ago that it was burt. first, How do i change the fluid in this car!!! 2nd what fluid is acceptable ( will work ). the car has 104,000 on it now and i already have to put a valve cover gasket ( gaskets ) on it so i figure while im at it id better change the tranny fluid too. please be detailed here as ive really tried to stay away from doing anything to this thorn in my ass, no choice though we decided to keep it so that means i have to fix and maintain it.
