time for a timing bellt and more? 850 1997

When your mpg starts going downhill, then it will be time to consider the PCV and O2 sensor. If you have been using synthetic oils, the PCV is probably clean. The vacuum elbows will rot with age and need to be looked at.

Do your timing belt and rollers asap. The tensioners are still good. I wouldn't do a water pump just because the belt is off. It only takes an hour to slip the belt off, so watch the antifreeze level. Using VOLVO antifreeze, while expensive, will make the pump last longer. If the thermostat is original, you could swap it while doing the flush as some of the fluid needs to be drained anyway.
