Dashboard rattle S40-V40 2000

Has anybody experienced a resonating rattle in the driver's side dashboard? It seems to occur at about 1500-1800 rpm, no matter what gear it is in. It happens about one-half to one-third of the time. I have a 2000 S40 with about 13,500 miles. I took it back to the dealer but of course I couldn't get the rattle to happen that day, so there was nothing they could do. It's a minor issue, but one I would like to resolve.
