Turbo Boost Guage Problem 850 94

I just noticed today that my boost guage will not drop below the half way point between boost and no boost (points vertically). It actually sits a couple degrees below this half way point. However, this boost guage still registers boost if the boost pressure exceeds the half way point, but won't register boost below it as it will only go vertical or more towards boost.

Any ideas? I could really use any help asap as I have time to go to the shop today only if I get the info quick. TIA
