Hands Free Car Phone Kit from Volvo S80 2000

Has anyone had the hands free Car phone kit from Volvo installed in their S80? It is quite costly at approx $465.00 + install.I am told that it includes a drivers side headrest replacement and that the unit has the microphone built into the headrest.Is there a place on line to see this thing?
