V70 Camshaft Position Sensor V70-XC70 1999

I need some help. I have a 1999 V70 AWD with the 2.4T engine. Today the CEL activated. Pulled code P0014. Camshaft position timing over advanced or system performance. I am told that I will need to replace the camshaft position sensor. Where is it? Is this a hard repair? Car has 142000+ miles on it. Timing belt and tensioner changed at 100000. Have not been able to find specific info from other posts.
