Model Year Specific Issues V70-XC70

I’m looking at a ’98 V70 (not an XC) with 167K. I can think of a few usual suspects to look out for:
AC Evaporator
ABS controller
SAS Air pump
Peeling door pockets
Keyless entry fobs that can only be programmed by the dealer
Flaky window switches?

What have I missed? My '95 850 doesn't have the air pump. Do all of the later cars have them?

Unless someone can convince me otherwise, I’m also considering nice 855s up through early 2000s V70s. As long as they have some semblance of a service history I’m not worried about coil-on-plug ignition, VVT, or fancy transmissions. The ETM issue bothers me still, but I consider all those ‘99+ specific features to be good things I’d like to have - as long as they are working correctly.
