Soft Brakes 850 1995

I'm having trouble getting a nice firm brake pedal on my '95 850 Turbo, looking for ideas on what to do next.

History: Several years ago (5+), I had to replace the front calipers. At that time, also, replaced all the rubber brake hoses with stainless steel braided ones, looking for "better". Result was a pedal that was softer. Tried bleeding multiple times, could not improve. Ended up just living with it, since the car stopped fine.

Just finished replacing the rear calipers. Since I was suspecting the master cylinder for the above soft brakes, I replaced that too at this time. Pedal is now even softer, though car still stops ok. I have bled multiple times.

Bleeding: I use a pressure bleeder, and ~10psi pressure. Bleeder has a reservoir and refills the car's reservoir, and I know for certain it did not empty and blow air in the lines. I also just switched to ATE's Super Blue brake fluid, and it bleeds out a nice solid blue, so I know it has flushed through multiple times.

By "Soft Pedal", it seems to take a lot of pedal travel to get the braking action needed. Don't have to pump twice for braking. ABS seems to work appropriately in hard stop.

I am trying to think if there's anything else I should check. I'm trying to avoid the "replace everything until it goes away" method.

Any ideas?
