UPDATE - Progress, still got a question. C70 1998

The SAS needs a cold engine to verify itself. Just a couple of cold starts to normal engine temp should bring it into ready.

The newer cars have a much better 'drive cycle' and software. If I lived in a testing state, I would have a printed sheet ready to show the inspector letting him know about the Volvo problems.

Most states do not look at the readiness drive cycle, but just look for outstanding codes.
