Soft Brakes 850 1995

Do you apply the pressure at the M/C resevoir?
does that mean that you never pumped the pedal to bleed?

Can you pump up the soft pedal? If so, maybe try bench bleeding
with clear plastic tubing so you can see what's happening at the M/C.
Maybe the new M/C is blowing air by the seals?

I got some short brake lines to screw into the M/C then continue with
clear tubing back to the resevoir so you can see any air bubbles leaking
by the seals when you bench bleed.
