Climate Control lights flashing 850 97

All the book says is take it to your dealer if you see them flashing, if this happens more once. They flashed this morning, then again when I was leaving work for a meeting. After being in out of the car for 3 to 4 more times today nothing happen. Has anyone had any experience with this? The fan motor also made a wierd noise this moring when I would step on the brakes hard. I knew it was the fan motor because when I would take it off of auto and run it up and back down again it would stop.
