Transmission 'Clunk' When Cold 850 1995

Just noticed the other day that I am experiencing a noticeable, but not overly dramatic, "thunk" when I put my '95 854T into reverse when the car is cold. This has probably happened 4-5 times over the past week. I have about 67K miles on the car and the transmission fluid was flushed at 60K.

It sounds like the transmission, but any other ideas as to a potential source are appreciated. If it is the transmission I should be covered since I purchased a 100K extended warranty.

Cheers!
