Fogs for visibility, not vision ALL

Any light aimed to illuminate the road ahead will reflect back and diminish vision in fog. Fog lights in front (just like fog lights in back) are primarily warning lights. (2001 V70's fogs are designed to be used with parking lights, when running lights are off.) No light can penetrate fog.
