Sputtering and difficult start -- then OK 850 1996

I would guess that it has been a while since the fuel filter was changed.
It is too soon to tell if it is a "once" happening since it was just this afternoon.
Haven't checked codes. I guess AutoZone can do that also....
It is the first time since we changed the MAFSensor about 6 months back.
Is there a standard fuel pressure for these? What should it be?
(I could tell you on D-jet.)
Bad gas is fairly rare here but a fill-up with new gas might be good - it's less than half full.
