If your car has the light pressure turbo, it could be a plugged up PTC nipple, A fairly easy fix.
The leak could be from an exhaust cam gasket caused by the high crankcase pressure, also a minor fix.

I also suggest AutoRx, but after cleaning out the PCV and fixing any oil leaks. If the oil leak is from the rear main seal, that is quite expensive!

Oil could also be coming from the turbo oil return line, cheap fix.
