No pictures are showing up in your post.
Did you remove your spark plug cover and sop/mop up any excess oil on top ?
Did the PCV breather hoses get hooked up in reverse possibly ?
The diagram on FCP Groton displays the hose routing backwards.
It appears that the IPD diagram is the wrong as well.
