Wifey's 1998 V70 failed the MASS state inspection due to E-brake!!!!!!

Is there an adjustment, as on my 1997 960, and if so, where and how do I access it and what size wrench is needed?!?!?

Are there E-brake "shoes" of sorts to update if necesary, as there are on the aforementioned 960?!?!?

Any help and or counsel will be greatly apptreciated!!!!
