AC compressor & flashing lights 850 1994

I vacuum the temp senors both sides, under the grab handles. I took the blower fan motor out and it spin freely. I was not sure how to bench test the motor the web server on brickboard was down or I could have ask but I went ahead and closed everything back up. I disconnect the negative battery cable for an hour with the thinking that the codes would reset but they didn't. I drove the care to Advance Auto parts the guy hook up to the OBD II and no codes. But if I hook up to B1 I get the 8 codes previously listed. The blower fan works but only on low speed,I have the ECC. How can I check to see if I need to replace the blower motor or the blower motor relay? Thanks.
