I live out West myself, and there are plenty of highways where one can safetly test the top end of a vehicle (albeit not legally). Spots on I-80 through Wyoming come to mind as well as I-70 between Denver and Vegas.

Keep an eye out for Smokey!

BTW what does the M at the end of T5M stand for? Was it an option package or are all 98 S70s T5s Ms?
