Evaporator replacement? Fixed? V70-XC70

Well, I may have gotten a break for a change. A used car dealer friend told me of a new stop leak product that is supposed to be more than just freshen the seals. I had a leak that worsened to the point that a recharge wouldn't last a weak. The freon sniffer detected freon at the AC duct in the cabin, indicating a leak in the evaporator. Well the good news is that my used car dealer friend had his mechanic put in the leak stop and recharge the system. And it has held for 3 weeks. Hooray!! I may not have to replace the evaporator for a while.
